I was expecting this to be another dead end since the parts I needed were out of stock pretty much everywhere else. But dbsupply actually had them listed as available, and the site made it clear what was in stock, which was a nice surprise.
I placed the order without having to call around or wait for updates, and the whole thing was straightforward. I didn’t expect much going in, but they had the inventory when I needed it, so I was definitely happy with the experience.

Just a warning for anyone ordering here: my refund didn’t come through right away. It took a few days, so don’t expect the money to be back in your account immediately. Not the worst experience, but definitely something to keep in mind.

"Info could’ve been more accurate"
In the end, I was able to make the part work, but it definitely wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I ordered it from DB Supply because the listing seemed like it matched what I needed, but once it showed up, a few of the details didn’t really line up with what was online.
It wasn’t a complete loss, but I had to spend extra time double-checking everything, which was frustrating. Customer service was fine when I reached out, but I just wish the product info had been more accurate before I bought it.

"I liked that the warranty coverage was..."
I liked that the warranty coverage was actually clear and straightforward, because sometimes that kind of information is buried in a bunch of confusing wording and you end up not knowing what is or isn’t covered. This felt fair and easy to follow, which made placing the order feel a lot less risky for me. I haven’t had any issues so far, so I haven’t needed to use the warranty or anything, but just knowing it’s there and not overly complicated is reassuring. No complaints at this point.

"Worked fine, but the privacy stuff felt a little vague"
DB Supply was okay overall and my order went through without any issues. Checkout felt normal, and it seemed secure enough, but I wish they explained the privacy side a bit better. The policy was kind of hard to follow, and I didn’t really see much about account security options. It just would’ve helped to know more before putting my info in. Not a bad experience, but they could be more upfront about it.
